Attucks Shows Off Parker Brothers’ Tron-Inspired EV Motorcycle

If you’ve always wished someone would build a motorcycle that looked like it came straight out of the movie Tron or Tron Legacy, you’re not alone.

Attucks Future and Technology showed off its Tron-inspired EV motorcycle at the 2023 Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance. EV Rider caught up with founding partner ELO, who is also the founder of Miami Supercar Rooms

“What we have here is a concept motorcycle built by the Parker Brothers and it’s mostly inspired by the movie Tron,” said ELO, who added it has hubless wheel technology. But don’t expect this dream machine to reach volume production anytime soon.

“We could make it into a production motorcycle, but at this point we haven’t thought of that,” ELO said, explaining, “it’s kind of very difficult to call it a production motorcycle because we have to go to the Parker Brothers, who actually designed it and get them to do it.”

ELO said Attucks is in conversations with Parker Brothers about the possibility of building a street legal version of the bike for Attucks.

The Parker Brothers are located in Melborne Beach, FL.

ELO considers to the concept to be “primitive,” meaning it would still need a good bit a development before it could be produced. He says the concept has 95 BHP with a range of roughly 100 to 125 miles but he didn’t specify the battery size or in what conditions (city/highway) that range could be achieved.

The concept has a four-speed manual gearbox and is limited to AC charging. Elo says a full charge takes about four hours but he didn’t reveal the charging speed.

The Attucks/Parker Brothers concept is envisioned as a statement showpiece as opposed to a long-distance tourer, with no CCS fast charging.

“It’s not really a bike for you to ride from here to New Jersey,” said ELO, instead saying it’s more likely the type of bike a customer would ride to a show or event and then put back in the garage.

The bike on display at The Amelia was built for rapper Wyclef Jean who was also on hand to show off the Apex AP0 EV supercar concept, which was originally revealed about three years ago. Jean is the founder of Attucks Future & Technology.

Back to the Tron-inspired motorcycle concept, the Parker Brothers showed off a similar concept in 2019. At the time they were pricing the base version at $55,000 and a Platinum Edition at $75,000, saying a production run would be limited to 25 bikes.

Another ultra luxury EV motorcycle expected to go into production this year is the Curtiss 1, with a starting price of $120,000.
